Anton is leading Cohere's efforts to galvanize support for the company's OTFS wireless waveform from industry players and standards bodies.
Anton is ideal for this vital role, with more than 25 years of technology and research experience in cable, satellite and wireless networking. Before joining Cohere, he was co-founder and VP of Engineering and Technology for Entropic Communications, where he was instrumental in architecting, specifying and launching the home networking technology used in multi-room DVRs throughout the U.S. The technology was standardized by the Multimedia over Coax Alliance, where Anton also served as CTO. Anton has also held senior engineering positions at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Comstream and Conexant.
Anton has authored 22 patents and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Communication Theory from the University of California at San Diego. He received an MS in Electrical Engineering from Caltech and a BS in Electrical Engineering, also from UCSD.
